- repeatedly broke the rules themselves (amy had been mean to silver when it had been against the rules. shadow had been mean to silver as well. sonic had closed the askbox, which was stated not acceptable by the rules, and had changed the rules to his liking)
- unfair harassment towards another mod
- harassing not only mod silver, but mod tails as well
- denying mod tails the right to defend silver
- not listening to the followers’ repeated pleas to invite mod silver back
