Hmmm so I kindly tried to tell Adore Delano that she shouldn’t appropriate the Bindi and she replied in a VERY immature way. I’m actually very disappointed tbh. She deleted her tweets now but I managed to take some screenshots. I appreciate her art and talent, but I really hope she learns how to have a civil conversation without attacking someone who is merely trying to help. I have been a huge fan but after this, I’m a bit shaken….She really needs to open her eyes, and realise she has a diverse fan base… She can’t go around acting like an ignorant and expect everyone to be cool with it…..Publishing these here because as an aspiring activist it’s my job to expose ignorance anywhere. Also because her stans are giving me shit on Twitter so yeah….Here’s to hoping she grows into a more intellectual and respectful person…
